An HSBC diversity champion, Lori Fazaa, Chief Administrative Officer for Operations, Services and Technology, is responsible for delivering simpler, better and faster solutions to serve HSBC customers.
Lori is part of a team that supports gender balanced leadership and whose members reflect the diversity of Canadians and of our customer base.
Lori has helped to drive the Bank’s diversity agenda, actively supporting women at HSBC to develop their leadership skills and personal brand, and to become more confident public speakers.
Prior to her current role Lori was Chief Operating Officer for HSBC Technology in Canada. HSBC Technology provides solutions enabling business transformation and supporting HSBC’s growth agenda in Canada. Lori’s responsibilities included leading the transformation of Technology including the adoption of DevOps practices.
